Here are your daily mindful reminders and tips to help foster a more mindful and present life…
Week One specific tasks:
- Attend or review Workshop 2 - Open 
- Complete exercises delivered in workshop one 
- Attend 3 x live guided Soul Alive meditation classes 
- Questions to ask throughout the day/journal on: 
Other recommendations:
- Waking up and out of bed no later than 6:30am 
- Minimum of 5mins meditation a day 
- Drinking 3L’s water every day. 
- 20-30mins of exercise (can be going for a walk outside, yoga class etc) 
- No alcohol during the work-week. Max of 4 drinks over weekend. 
- No more than 2 cups of coffee a day (replace with tea) 
- 15-30mins of reading
