Week One specific tasks:
Attend or review Workshop 2 - Open
Complete exercises delivered in workshop one
Attend 3 x live guided Soul Alive meditation classes

Minimum of 5mins meditation a day
Drinking 3L’s water every day.
20-30mins of exercise (can be going for a walk outside, yoga class etc)
No alcohol during the work-week. Max of 4 drinks over weekend.
No more than 2 cups of coffee a day (replace with tea)
15-30mins of reading
