Daily Mindful Checklist

Week One specific tasks:

  • Attend or review Workshop 2 - Open

  • Complete exercises delivered in workshop one

  • Attend 3 x live guided Soul Alive meditation classes

  • Questions to ask throughout the day/journal on:

Other recommendations:

  • Waking up and out of bed no later than 6:30am

  • Minimum of 5mins meditation a day

  • Drinking 3L’s water every day.

  • 20-30mins of exercise (can be going for a walk outside, yoga class etc)

  • No alcohol during the work-week. Max of 4 drinks over weekend.

  • No more than 2 cups of coffee a day (replace with tea)

  • 15-30mins of reading
