Here are your daily mindful reminders and tips to help foster a more mindful and present life…
Week One specific tasks:
Attend or review session one - Surrender Workshop
Complete exercises delivered in workshop one
Attend 3 x live guided Soul Alive meditation classes
Questions to ask throughout day/journal on:
which mind mode am I currently in? Mindless, Mindset or Mindful?
how can I spend more time in Mindful Mode?
Is there anything I’m holding onto right now that may be holding me back?
Affirmations for the week:
I choose to let that go of what is holding me down
I choose to prioritise mindful time in my day
Nothing I hold onto internally can physically hurt me. Therefore, I choose to confront it and deal with it
Letting go frees space for building something new
Other recommendations:
Waking up and out of bed no later than 6:30am
Minimum of 5mins meditation a day
Drinking 3L’s water every day.
20-30mins of exercise (can be going for a walk outside, yoga class etc)
No alcohol during the work-week. Max of 4 drinks over weekend.
No more than 2 cups of coffee a day (replace with tea)
15-30mins of reading
