The Soul Alive Method is an immersive 3-night meditation and mindfulness program created and led by Luke McLeod, one of Australia’s leading Meditation and Mindfulness Guides. Over three nights, Luke will introduce, guide, and give you three different, powerful meditation techniques designed for instant relief, emotional healing and finding genuine, lasting happiness.

 
 

 

Night One - RELIEF

8:00 PM - 9:00 PM (AEDT)

Your journey begins with learning and experiencing a specific type of meditation technique designed to bring instant relief. Whether it be to ease your anxiety or destress, this meditation practice is foundational to your journey within.

After this session, you’ll be able to use this type of meditation to:

- Ease anxiety
- Lower stress levels
- Improve sleep
- Focus better

 

 

Night Two - HEALING

8:00 PM - 9:00 PM (AEDT)

Now that you are able to calm your nervous system, we can begin to explore how to use another type of meditation to help process and deal with difficult emotions. This could include overcoming deep conditioned trauma, negative thinking and self-doubt.

After this session, you’ll be able to use this type of meditation to:

- Deal with depression
- Process trauma
- Build self-confidence
- Establish new healthy thinking patterns

 

 

Night Three - HAPPINESS

8:00 PM - 9:00 PM (AEDT)

You are now ready to open up and embrace a new, enlightened way of living! In this session, you’ll learn and experience a type of meditation practice that can be used to help create and maintain a beautiful, happy, and content life

After this session, you’ll be able to use this type of meditation for:

- Feelings of ecstasy and euphoria
- Living a peaceful and content life
- Exploring the union of all things
- Discovering your purpose in life
