Week 1 - Clear

The first step in developing a mindfulness meditation practice and shifting your core mental state is learning how to clear and let go of inner blockages and limiting beliefs.

Week 2 - Open

Now that we have some inner space, week two teaches us how to mindfully keep ourselves open and deepen our self-awareness.

Week 3 - Connect

Week three introduces the concept of disassociation with the self and connection to the living energy running through all things.

Now that we’re clear, open, and connected, we’re ready to invite what you truly want in your life. Through learning the art of mindful manifesting meditation and setting you up to continue your meditation practice.
