The manifest meditation is a perfect way to start your week. Starting the class with some gentle stretching and breathwork, then guiding you through a restorative sensory and visualisation experience. Leaving you feeling clear, calm, and ready to take on the week ahead.

No meditation experience required. (Class time is at AEST)
